10 dirhams +/- = 1 euro

Prices shown on the site are applyable for an online-sale, with a dispatch from Europe.

Our prices include V.A.T. (sales tax), the posting and parcel costs are coming extra. They depend of the place of delivery and type of expedition (normal, express, insured...).

In average, theses costs are between 5 and 15 euro.

For an order over 100 euros, normal delivery costs are offered (for example, if you ask for an express delivery, you'll pay the difference between express delivery and normal delivery).

Order and delivery

At reception of your order, we confirm you the availability and inform you on the delivery costs.

We send the parcel at reception of your payment.

In case of a special order, with a specific cast for you (specific model, different alloy), we ask for an advance payment of 40% before launching the production.

Payment terms

Orders must be paid before delivery, either by bank transfer, or paypal, or at the latest at reception (cash on delivery).

Returns and refund

Jewels purchased onlune can be returned without explanation within seven days, at the cost of the buyer.

In case of error, dammaged or lost parcel, the jewel will be either exhanged or reimbursed.

Pieces bought in Morocco cannot be exchanged nor refunded in Europe, and vice-versa.
